Last Sunday we took Bonnie to dog beach which is on the Pacific Ocean. It was a beautiful, warm morning. Bonnie loves to run with the other dogs and play in the water. I could tell that Bonnie has grown up a lot. While she played and ran with the dogs at the beach, she kept a much closer look out for us. She's be a long way away and would turn to look for us. Several times she ran right past us just so we would know she was there. Months ago we had to call her many times before she would come to us. This time, though, Bonnie ran to us almost every time we called her name. We were so proud of her! It had seemed like she was never going to mature. But she did. Success! Be sure to click on the link below to see Bonnie at the beach. Watch her as she leaves me to go join her dog friends, when I call her. She turns and runs right to me. |
